Odessa is Chris' grandmother (Arthur's Mom). Her blend is a flavorful lemon pepper. Its not overly sour but gives a nice "twang"! Season your chicken, fish and veggies for a added twist to your meal. Add a little butter and seasoning and toss your chicken wings in after you cook them....FIRE!!!
