This is Arthur, named after Chris' Dad; and he's the logo for the Fieldsville Brand. The purpose behind this blend is to provide a lower sodium seasoning without lowering the flavor. Arthur has only 40 mgs sodium per serving and is great on veggies and meats like poultry, pork, beef, fish & even great with soups and sides!
